What are your service agreement ranges?
Prices range from $199/month up to $1300/month. Our standard agreement is a 12 month agreement.

Office staff is on site from 9am – 5pm, but your executive office comes with 24 hour access to the building and your office area.
Can I access my office / space after hours?
Yes. You will have 24 hour access.

Parking is available as first come, first serve and costs $125/month. The parking garage is located at Hudson / Green Street
Can I cancel a service agreement?
We offer flexible agreement options, but our standard cancellation is a buyout of 60% of contract balance.
Where is the management office located?
The management office is located at 90 State Street, Suite 700.

How fast is your internet speed?
Internet speeds are standard – we do offer password protected Wireless throughout as well.

Yes, there are receptionists on each floor of our Executive Suite areas.

Yes, we have cleaners who come each day to clean office areas – no extra cost to tenants.
Are pets allowed?
Only medically needed pets are allowed such as guide or seeing eye dogs.
